Our fabulous location can't be beat. Enjoy our large private sand beach, right next to a wildlife sanctuary, which begins the lovely waterfront boardwalk to downtown. Walk, roller blade or bike to outdoor concerts, shops and restaurants.
Your kids will love this! Our level lot is safe for kids and seniors with no rocks and shallow water which warms up nicely in our bay.
Relax in our tastefully decorated beach house with expansive windows to take in the view, or BBQ and play on our spacious deck and lawn.
Our modern kitchen has all the conveniences you expect. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has a single/double bunk..............
New Kelowna bylaw restricts vacation rentals to 30 day minimum. We will only accept 30 day (or more) rentals...........
There are two contracts available for Summer 2007 :...............
June 28 to July 28, for C$11,900
(regardless of the number of days that the renter is on site)...........
August 4 to Sept. 4, for C$10,500
(regardless of the number of days that the renter is on site)..........
Outside of the summer, rentals can begin and end on any day of the month, as long as it is a 30 day or longer interval...........
For example only, Monthly Rates, Canadian Dollars:...........
June, September
.C$5900 per month.
May

.C$3900 per month.
April, October, December
..C$2900 per month.
January, February, March, November
...C$1995 per month.
If you wanted the last half of April and the first half of May, the rate would be ½ X ($2900 + $4300) = $3600.

Prices include all utilities (heat, A/C, phone, cable TV, high speed internet, electricity). You pay no taxes.
