This ground floor condo is our winter residence and we love it. It is located about 1/2 block from the beach and easy walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. Its a relatively small complex with only 14 units. There is a pool right outside the front door and undercover parking to shelter your car. It is quiet and private and just the right size for 2-4 people. It has everything you will need to set up housekeeping. Its completely furnished including linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron & board, and complete kitchen--dishes, pots & pans, blender, etc.
