On the cliff overlooking La Roqueta Island sits this 2,400 sq.ft. villa. Modern kitchen with filtered water and ice dispenser. The white marble-tiled interior has a dining room seating 8. Behind is a separate bar with a fully fitted ‘cantina’ bar. Open – so you can also enjoy the spectacular views from the dining room -- but three steps down is a spacious living room. To the left, a den contains a desk, chair & bookshelves. Enjoy whale watching or a sundowner from the balcony as the sun settles into the ocean in a blaze of spectacular color.
The spiral, skylit marble staircase leads upstairs. The master- suite takes up half the floor and in the corner bay window is a sumptuous oversized Jacuzzi. Separate shower and watercloset stalls and dressing room. Two other queen-bedrooms enjoy walk-outs to the pool. A fully equipped bathroom with skylight is shared by these rooms.
One of 5 villas in a beautiful, gated complex. Center courtyard has pool with soothing waterfall separating it from the hot-tub area. Except during peak periods, complex is usually unoccupied.
Monday-Saturday maid service. Start with fresh squeezed orange juice by the pool while you decide what’s for breakfast! (Groceries are guest responsibility).
