This flat is appropriate for three persons. It's a few steps away from the Place de la Bastille, Place de Vosges, Garde Republicaine, Opéra Bastille, Père Lachaise, Seine-River, Notre-Dame de Paris, Marais-Quarter etc.
The trafic connections are perfect. The underground station Bastille offers 3 Metro routes. You can also choose another nearby underground station called Voltaire or Ledru-Rollin. Also you could take one of the 20 buses passing in the area. The "theatre de la Bastille" is in the neigbouring house und in the nearby street, Rue de Lappe, you'll find many restaurants, pubs and cafes with dancing. The oldest dancing cafe in this street is the "Bal à Joe",where Edith Piaf sang and danced already. You can do your shopping in the street where you live - Rue de la Roquette - and the bus route 69, that stops directly at the front of the house brings you to Notre Dame de Paris, Louvre, Eiffel - Tower, Musée d'Orsay etc.
The flat measures 32 square metresand is located in the "Residence Lutece 2000" witch is supervised by two doormen. A large park with lawn, many trees, bamboo up to 10 metres in hight and two fountains belong to this residence. A balcony of 6 square metres with an interesting view over the quarter and the park belongs to this flat. The balcony is furnished with a table, some chairs, flowers and bamboo. Already, I beg you to water them in summertime. The flat is on the third floor, where you can get by lift. The bathroom has a bathtub.
The kitchen is completely furnished with all you need, for example ceramique hotplates, refrigerator, sink, many cupboards, coffee machine, iron, lovely tableware and glasses, extractor hood etc.
In the hall there are two spacious wardrobes. The living-room is furnished with a fold-away couch, which is 1,60 m broad and 2,00 m long. A third bed is hiden in the built-in Closets in the floor. There's also a colour TV, a hifi-tuner and a telephone with fax-machine and a safe in this flat. An underground car park, which you can reach by the lift, belongs to this flat. The acces is controlled by a magnetic card and the two doormen taking care of this residence.
The "Residence Lutèce 2000 " - a source of peace and calm in the middle of Paris - is 2000 square metres large. |
