This elegant detached villa is of typical Portuguese design and combines modern décor and a comfortable ambience. It is set in a quiet residential street around 500 meters from the historical centre and beaches of Cascais
Cascais has lost none of its well healed appeal - the restaurants and shops are of the highest quality whilst the narrow, picturesque streets always seem scrupulously clean. Three cove-like beaches give you immediate access to the seaside whilst larger stretches are available from where the coast turns northward at Guincho.
The villa itself is light and roomy, and set on four floors. It features double glazing, satellite TV, electric shutters, and a garage for 3 cars with an electric gate. There is also a large built in barbecue and a laundry room. Several terraces offer particularly pleasant views over the old part of Cascais, Cascais bay, the ocean, the lawn and pool. There is also a large gabled living room on the third floor which also has a French door that opens onto a large terrace with a spectacular view over old Cascais and to the sea. |
