Apartment Le Grazie
Apartment Le Grazie is located in the fisherman’s village of Le Grazie about 10 kms.from La Spezia. Located just below the town’s church, the buliding was once used by the Oliventan Priest’s to make their olive oil during the 1500’s. Beneath the home upon request it is possible to visit the antique oil presses which the county intends to eventually turn into a museum.
The owner’s have put lots of love and care furnishing the property and the home gives you a cozy feel. It is a studio apartment with an upstairs loft , an extra single room, and two bathrooms. Upon entering is the open kitchen area that leads onto the living room where there is a fireplace , comfortable couch and formal dining table. From here there is a staircase leading up to the open space bedroom that has a queen size bed and a bathroom with a bath tub. Downstairs just off the living room is another single bedroom and another room that leads out to the terrace. The terrace is perfect for dining outside or just relaxing on the wicker couch. There is a partial sea view from the terrace.
Le Grazie is only 2 kms. from Portovenere which is one of the major hubs for visiting the CinqueTerre. This location is perfect for a small family or couple looking for a secluded hideaway in a typical Italian fisherman’s village.
