The house is just outside San Vito on the road which leads to the Natural Reserve Lo Zingaro. The view from the verandah looks out into the sea, which is about 300 m away. The house is totally furnished. The floors on the ground floor (except in the bathroom) are covered in terra-cotta tiles while the bedroom on the 1st floor (with double bed) has a parquet floor. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a type of walled bookcase. The kitchen itself is in brick with work-tops on two sides. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Both have showers. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with two beds. The living room has a fireplace and so the house is also habitable in the winter months. The internal staircase, with marble stairs, leads up to the double bedroom and bathroom. Four more steps lead onto the terrace. The ground floor covers a surface area of 60m² while the 1st floor is only 30m². The rest is given over to the terrace.
The house is fully furnished, and sleeps 6 people (2 in each bedroom).
