Breakers #221 is a Completely Renovated, Corner Unit Villa/Condo and has a fantastic view of the ocean, beach and pool. You will get to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. If you have children and they're old enough they can go to the pool themselves and you can keep an eye on them while relaxing in the villa, you can call them in from the pool from your own private balcony. You don't have to drive or walk to the beach you're already there, the ocean is right out the door. So convenient.
Breakers #221 is an ideal second floor corner unit, not too far up yet not too low where shrubs etc. obstruct your view. Being a corner unit you have added privacy and a side window in the living room.
Oceanfront Breakers is located on 4 North Forest Beach Drive. This is one of the most desirable, convenient locations on Hilton Head Island. You may not need to move your car because almost everything is within walking distance, including Waterfun Park. Right across the street at Coligny Plaza, you will find quaint little shops, restaurants, entertainment, duck ponds and a grocery store.
The Breakers is a small quiet complex, there are only 120 units, perfect for a relaxing vacation. There are two pools, one for the adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. {Pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over.} A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach and ocean. There is covered parking and an onsite manager and seasonal security.
If you're looking for a cute, clean, comfortable, convenient place to spend your vacation on Hilton Head look no further. Breakers #221 was completely renovated and is in great condition. We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our villa is clean and well maintained. {The majority of our guests are repeat renters.}

Breakers #221 will accommodate up to four guest. There is a queensize bed in the bedroom, a queensize sofa sleeper in the living room and bunks in hall alcove.
Villa is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer, two TVs, VCR, full kitchen with all cooking necessities, new full size refrigerator with icemaker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, baking dishes etc.
Everything you need is provided bed linens etc. The only thing you need to bring are your bath towels and wash cloths. If you are traveling by plane, bath towels and wash cloths will be provided upon request.
