Now they are finishing the Jack Nicklaus 18 hole PGA certified golf course- the only one in the region, and a water park, and fine tuning the grounds). Specifics: *This auction is for 7 nights accommodations only- you are responsible for all transportation, meals, documentation to enter/ exit the country, and any other goods or services that you wish to purchase. There is also a small tourist tax imposed by the Mexican Government that you will have to pay at the hotel, about $10 USD. You will be required to leave a valid credit card number at the hotel in the event that there is damage to the room (this is common at all hotels.) We would be using this time ourselves, but circumstances don't allow for a vacation this year. Our misfortune is now your advantage. Also-These resorts are vacation ownership properties, and you may be invited to a presentation.
