Terms and conditions: Booking procedure: Please send your request for your specific dates by email. We will reply by return, sending you a provisional confirmation which will lapse if a deposit is not forwarded by a specified time (usually 7 working days). If the period chosen is already booked, then, alternatives dates will be offered which may or may not be taken up. A provisional booking is confirmed by the payment of a 10% deposit. The owner will then send a confirmation to the party leader by email (and by post if required) stating the date of arrival and departure, the number of people in the party, as well as an acknowledgement of the deposit received. The balance to be paid in cash/sterling at the time of checking in. If guests wish to pay by other means, then, this will have to made no later than 10 working days prior to the date of arrival either by credit to the owners bank account or directly to the owners address. A security deposit of £100 will have to be handed over at the checking in time which will be returned when checking out, in full, or partially if breakages or reckless damage has taken place. Pets are not allowed. Methods of payment: Convenience and cheapness will vary according to your country of origin and/or where you banking facilities are located. At the time of booking the most efficient/convenient way will be sought.
