available I know several other owners at this condo that I can forward your request to if you wish. Please let me know what you decide, or if I can help you find more then one condo in this complex. I own one unit here, but I know others who also rent their units out.
Rates: in US Dollars. 30days minimum.
January 2007 just $1,500 for the rest of the month!!
April-Aug $1200/week or $1800/month.
Sept-Dec $1000/week or $1400/month.
Jan-Mar $2700/month.
Any 2 continuous months or more from April-Dec, rate can be reduced!! Will also rent long term lease. Inquire for other time periods. $85 cleaning fee. $300 Refundable Security Deposit required to confirm dates. Check in is after 3pm on arrival date, and check out is before 9am on departure date. 12% tax will be added to short term rent. Sorry no
pets. Smoking outdoors only please.
