Experience the Paris of Parisians at affordable price in this luminous, quiet, confortable and large 1BR/alcove studio. Accomodates up to 4. Situated in the 11th district of Paris, between the famous Pere Lachaise and the busy rue de la Roquette, the apartment is within walking distance from la Bastille and trendy Oberkampf district with numerous restaurants and bars.
Access to very heart of Paris (Le Marais) is very easy by bus or metro in 15-20 minutes.
Just around the apartment you will find several typically parisian cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, a very good bakery, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, wine, newsstands and open market several times a week. The neighbourhood is quite safe. The building has a "gardien" and digicodes.
The Apt is 44m2 (474sqf) and is situated on 10th/11 floor with elevator, with a very nice view on the trees of Pere Lachaise. It has been renovated in 2002 and refreshed in 2005.
Main room includes a large wooden table with 4 chairs, a large closet, double sofabed 140*90, TV with DVD-DIVX player, telephone (incoming calls, outgoing with prepaid card), Hifi, Radio, and large bay window overlooking garden.

Kitchen is separate and fully equipped (washing/drying machine, dishwasher, vitroceramic heaters, microwave, coffee machine, kitchenware and utensils)
Bathroom with good sized bathtub to relax, with a mounted shower, washing basin with mirror, and a specific french device called a 'bidet'.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing table are provided.
Toilets are separated ... and aerated.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Baby cot can be provided on request.
